Hello. I’m Justine. I was born and raised in London. At 26, I moved to New York City. Life in the Big Apple working as a nanny for high profile families was exciting and adventurous. I adored the children I cared for and loved seeing the world. Despite having achieved a level of success, I still had moments of feeling overwhelmed by life. I would often wake in the middle of the night. My mind would race and I would struggle to get back to sleep. I was exhausted. The need to quieten my mind and support myself became a priority. My journey of exploration into mindfulness had begun.

It was during this time that I discovered meditation. I tried different types, including Buddhist, guided, breath and finally settled with Vedic. After meditating twice a day for a few weeks, I noticed significant benefits to my wellbeing; a greater sense of inner peace, improved sleep and elevated energy levels. The change was profound: It was a light bulb moment. As I shared my awakening with a friend, I acknowledged that something had shifted: I no longer felt anxious and unsettled. In place of these thoughts was a deep and peaceful connection. For the first time in my life, I had felt truly calm.
