Group Meditation

Mindful meditation courses are suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators and run over five consecutive weeks. Each week, students discover and practice various meditation methods and develop mindfulness skills for life away from the cushion. Self-practice and journalling is an important part of the experience. Goal setting and tips for maintaining practice also included. The course includes a one-to-one discovery call and follow up call. Class culture is non-judgemental and supportive. Everyone is welcome. Students will have the opportunity to finish the course with their own meditation practice.
