Group Meditation

Meditation sessions, courses and workshops are suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators. Students will have the opportunity to practice a variety of meditation methods. Self-practice and journalling is a key part of the experience. Class culture is non-judgemental and supportive. Everyone is welcome. I look forward to meeting you.

An Accredited meditation teacher trained with the British School of Meditation, Justine Walsh blends traditional wisdom with modern approaches to make mindfulness accessible to all. Having practiced since her early 20s, she supports students in cultivating inner awareness and peace. She loves to learn and grow as a student and teacher.
