Group Meditation

Meditation sessions, courses and workshops are suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators. Students will have the opportunity to practice a variety of meditation methods. Self-practice and journalling is a key part of the experience. Class culture is non-judgemental and supportive. Everyone is welcome. I look forward to meeting you.

When: March 29th 2026 from 4:30-5:30pm

April 11th and 25th: 12:30-1:30pm

We will practice a variety of meditations to support and relax your nervous system and wellbeing
